| STIL comment | "[...] The Delta music loader and ingame music was Gary Liddon's idea. [...] He was the producer at Thalamus at the time. He told Rob Hubbard to make the ingame music like the 2nd track from Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd." (Info from Matt Furniss.) "The small jingles are all small clips from Sanxion and Romeo/Juliet music. They were all supposed to be for short stingers such as end of level, extra life etc..." "Delta was based on this minimalist composition technique inspired by Glass and a bit of Pink Floyd. It was quite hard to do and required some custom code to the driver to do it. The music was tedious to debug. The other Delta stuff was more conventional - I quite liked the other tunes. Delta was spread over a 2 week period....." (RH) According to Hubbard, Kentilla and Delta were the most complicated one to compose, they took the longest time to do and they both drove him insane. |

risorgimento:
Great 80s spacey remix
ladyblue:
Not my favourite but very good arrangement (sorry for not significative comment previous time)
kaus:
Very good synth arr, a bit fast and various would be great
uanito:
Very good mixed and textured
crik:
Not bad not special
Waz:
More Koyaanisqatsi inspired than Hubbard, I feel. It's not that bad as such but it just doesn't go anywhere exciting. It needs better instruments and mixing, and a lead that isn't so drowned out.
dimmignatt:
Interesting take on Delta but this needs something really extravagant to be something because this tune has been done to DEATH… And you need a different opinion on your tunes than Ladyblue has written… Same thing on 3 tunes, looks wierd!
Makke:
Well mixed and all, but feels a tad uninspired. The drum-loops some how feels like they've been mounted afterwards, and don't really intertwine with the rest of the arrangement.
eliot:
Quite boring…
weasel:
My vote here goes for a SID which is probably one of the most remixed ones by today! So I have to be quite hard in judging new ones for _real_ new inspiration and/or effort! Sorry that I couldn't get something special out of it here!
romeo_knight:
It's not bad, but not good either.
LMan:
Unimaginative and barely diversified.
omoroca:
Too many flaws in it!
