| STIL comment | Binary says: "WRITTEN ONE DAY IN 1983 BY 'MIKE ALSOP'!" Turned out it was a made up name and actually identified by Jarvis. |
cosmic_gerbil:
Nice 😊 And I love the guitar at the end.
eliot:
This is nice… But some work needed to improve it 😊
condor:
Needs much more work on it. Overall good.
Scyphe:
This is well performed, however I think instrumentation should've been slightly different. Some of the sounds (drums, main melody sound) sounds out of place. If you gave it another shot and replaced and remixed the instruments it could get a better score.
pezz:
Not sure how it can miss the spirit of the original, because it's pretty faithful tune-wise, it's a little bit too airy I suppose and could have been awesome but just misses the mark a little, I still enjoyed it though.
LaLa:
Some neat ideas in there, but the orchestral parts sound too bombastic, too fake. Needs more polishing, but I like the direction it's taking.
omoroca:
Even though the arrangement is far from perfect, this tune has something extremely likable!
chilli_uk:
Again one of my fav speccy and c64 tunes - this is good - a little weak in places but I like it
dimmignatt:
Pretty okay… But the drums sounds out of place, especially that hi-hat (kinda feels like it has a mind of it's own)
prowler:
Good try, but still not close to the original
nicodaemus:
I find the whole thing a bit ill-fitting. Either a few notes are just wrong or it's a try to make something slightly different which kinda backfires in my opinion. I like the riffs at the end, but I heard better remixes of this one.
brix:
Completely misses the spirit of the original and doesn't even replace it with something interesting. I don't like the single instruments and I don't like the arrangement. Sorry, absolutely not mine.
