Umm, no. Putting one funny sample after another doesn't make for good music. At least it shows some promise, but as is, it's incredibly amateurish (mostly thanks to the production method used).

I had to listen to this quite a few times, but basically I think it's one that's going to split the audience down the middle. Some will love the quaint zany sampling, some will loathe it. Because of this, I'm giving it Average to sit on the fence!
