Those of us of a certain age may remember Torvill and Dean, the British ice-skaters who won Olympic Gold by gliding effortlessly over the ice with a dazzling display of spins, jumps and other acrobatics. Welcome to the Friday Frolics, which is the radio equivalent of that most dazzling of displays. Except for the effortless gliding. And the spins. And the acrobatics. And pretty much any sense of balance on an ice rink. And the fact that Leoni and Boz don't look good in those costumes that ice-skaters wear. But other than that, it's the same idea.
