Gazoo - TouchTheDJ - Evolushown - The half X-mas show

It's Gazoo - the on and off SLAY Radio DJ. He's there when you least expect it, showing off his (apparently) Keanu Reeves style American all while trying to entertain you and put you through the Thursday midday.

In case you'd missed a few past shows, shame on you. But also - here's a bit of info to get you up to speed. Gazoo is off in the land of the rising sun developing a brand spanking new top secret DJ interface that's sure to be the cats pajamas once it doesn't hit the market since it'll never go commercial. You - and a few hundred other people - are cordially invited to the pretty much no longer sneak peak at this no longer world-first display.

But seriously - let's get down to brass tacks - what does all of this mean for you, the listener?

Well... Possibly nothing, but then again, possibly a lot. My producer says I should stop babbling on and provide a bullet point list of features to keep with the times. So here are the two lists that matter!

Constant and fairly evolutionary show features:

- Live testing of an evolutionary touch-style DJ interface (coincidentally also named TouchTheDJ)
- C64 shenanigans.
- Charm, intrigue, suspense, llamas may or may not be included.
- Guaranteed Fun*!

New features since last show:

- Live video/audio feed via YouTube. That's right - this time it should be not only video, but also live audio via YouTube. You can of course still catch the show on the permanently classy SLAYRadio.org website. The place for true retro-ism.
- Gradual volume changes. No - your eyes are not deceiving you. No longer will the mic recording volume jump radically between 0 and -22 dB. It will actually move fluently from one to the other (provided I manage to implement this feature within then next 8 days).

So enjoy a Swedish afternoon, or Japanese evening in the company of me, my friends** and some heartwarming 8-bit tunes.

** No friends will be joining the live broadcast.
