| Comment: | The opening bars of this tune are sampled by the group Console on their song "14 Zero Zero". |

| Comment: | "I was working at the Sensible Software office at the time of the major music creation, but the title screen music never got finished. When I returned to Ocean I got on with some other things, all the time worrying about this unfinished tune. Finally I slapped something on the end of it. I knew I could never top the first part, that's what the problem was. In my mind the second part of the tune is pretty lame compared with the first part. But for some people it represents the mysterious, magical, unconventional aspect of 'Wizball' so it fits in some ways. But you can tell it's not really like the other music in the game, which was primarily developed when I was with the Sensi boys, basking in that Sensi VIBE." (MG) "I really worked on the sound design of the voices a lot. The music seems to "flow" and "breathe" unlike anything before it." (MG) |

| Comment: | "Tune #5, the bonus screen tune, consists of several short riffs, and John Hare came up with the most musical ones on his bass guitar. I remember he would come up with the riffs, playing them over and over at full volume on his band's P.A. in their rented terraced house in Southend (not caring about what the neighbours thought!!!) - and while they went out to get me a "blow-out" burger at 3am, I would be transcribing it and enhancing it (a little)." | Comment: | "I composed the high-score music at Ocean after returning from Southend. Played it on the synth keyboard there. It's one of the few compositions of mine that I can actually play a decent rendition of on the piano." (MG) |

| Comment: | "Chris Yates wrote the game over riff on his electric guitar. They were pretty impressed by the translation when they came back with my blow-out." (MG) |
Kicsipati:
Great music
aero:
I must agree with dj_skitz about the notes out of place but I still love this!
omoroca:
Before listening to this I thought, oh no, not yet another Wizball remix! But now that I'm listening, I like it a lot, the sound is crystal clear like the original, the lead playing sounds very inspired. Something's missing for Outstanding, though.
fraspras:
Carry the emotion of the original, not exceptional but very good
LMan:
Sweet new twists to the melody - a rare occasion where alterations to the original melody actually work! A bit thin on the backing.
Skitz:
Really nice and original remix of Wizball here - great wanking (as madfidler would say) on the lead. There are some odd notes which do seem out of place though…
Waz:
Not an easy SID to mix, but what's there is pretty nice. The lead really makes the tune and gives it the appeal, with plenty of oomph. Although it's a bit too mid-range in parts, the feel comes across nicely. A bit more tweaking and this would be top!
Dan:
Agreed as its not the easiest of SIDs to mix
bratac:
Great, but a bit short…
Chris Abbott:
Virtuoso lead (if a bit dodgy in places), but the rest of the arrangement lacks a bit of depth: it's all in the mid range. This guy may be someone to watch…
selvatico:
Very good arr but samples could be better
dimmignatt:
Nice nice nice… It's missing the Oomph though… It's hardly any bass in it… Kinda missed one!
nettuno:
Wow an italian musician? Che bella cosa!
weasel:
This lacks extremly of _deepness_! The idea is there and could have been a very good if the mixing wouldn't ruin it for me! Hey, but there's way of potential here though! 😀 Keep going…
eliot:
Grandious lead. notes out of place = variation (for any who don't get it 😀 - but the drums ruins a lot of it. Genius and insanity are even sooo close 😉
