SUBTUNE INFO

#3 - Intro Tune

Comment: The tune falls out of synch at around 4:50, which is when the tune should loop. However, this is due to the music data in the game behaving exactly the same way. You would never get to hear this part of the tune in the game, as the intro would finish and load the first level before the music got to that point. "I guess I had some time pressure... I knew it would fade away anyhow... never thought about that fact that people in 2000 would listen to it with SIDPlay.... :)" (RO) The data has been restored in this SID, to make it loop properly, and is confirmed by Reyn to be correct.

aero:
The strings felt annoying after a while… Otherwise nice use of instruments
LaLa:
Plus points for the nice flute sound and the xylophone. The strings sound robotic and mechnical, which is bad. The arrangement is kinda okay if a bit short.
omoroca:
Good use of strings and flute!
chilli_uk:
Its ok - thats about it
Mitch van Hayden:
This here sounds a bit better. But once again, I'd like one realy good remix from you instead of so many…
eliot:
Please real strings 😊
Skitz:
Not entirely sure what genre you are going for here but it could have been really good with better choice of instruments
Waz:
A nice attempt at the level 1 music, with use of sequenced classical instruments. But it sounds too sequenced and artificial, and just doesn't convey the right feelings.
