The high score theme is actually a straight cover of the victory theme from Escape To Victory, which is a football version of The Great Escape. It's a film that my mates and I used to enjoy as kids because of the many football stars in it, including Pelé and Ardiles." (MDG)

This is really cool! Some of the sounds used are a bit of a let down though, but the over all arrangement is excellent, and the idea is both brave and original.
