| #3 - Intro Tune | |
| Comment: | The tune falls out of synch at around 4:50, which is when the tune should loop. However, this is due to the music data in the game behaving exactly the same way. You would never get to hear this part of the tune in the game, as the intro would finish and load the first level before the music got to that point. "I guess I had some time pressure... I knew it would fade away anyhow... never thought about that fact that people in 2000 would listen to it with SIDPlay.... :)" (RO) The data has been restored in this SID, to make it loop properly, and is confirmed by Reyn to be correct. |

I like this, reddy to balance out the rating.
GeneralIgor:
Excellent Work, all what I want is in this song!
john_cope:
Relaxing chords. Very nicely listenable tune.
omoroca:
I like this! It's so old-school and simplistic. Ok, the flute isn't the perfect choice as the lead voice, but still added to my collection.
condor:
Nice one.
spellcoder:
It's nice and soothing… Has a little much reverb though and it's a minute too long for my taste. The pitch of the ploink starting on 2:27 feels like it has the wrong pitch (and needs a better instrument, maybe a raindrop kind of effect).
datucker:
I like this. Relaxing…
eliot:
Not good, not bad.
LaLa:
Nauseating portamento on the lead flute destroys it. Boring chords in the background. Nothing is moving in this tune other than the lead, despite the original being bouncy and happy. Disappointing remix of a great tune.

Way too much pan flute in this one which just does not convey the right atmosphere for me. It sounds well produced enough, but just seems a little lacking in the emotion department too.
