| #1 - The Devil's Gallop [from the Dick Barton radio show] | |
| Artist: | Charles Williams |
| Comment: | Heavily inspired by the song Devil's Gallop, which was the title theme for the 1940's American detective radio show "Dick Barton". "Monty [...] started out as the theme from the old radio detective show, Dick Barton" (RH, in the UK magazine "Popular Computing") "MOTR was supposed to be this run around like a madman type music and has lots of energy. The middle section was an excuse to use the new pitch bend code that I wrote for this project." (RH) |

Haven't heard many remakes of this tune (probably beacuse it's such a complex tune) - which is a real shame! This version really did the original justice though! Great work!
NecroPolo:
Great attention on details and great way of thinking, also wise choice of tunes. I'm into that you're doing.
maindrian:
Utterly charming. Love it. Not much more I can add.
LaLa:
If you listen carefully, the arrangement has really nice subtle touches carefully placed here and there. I'm impressed!
koroner:
Ah, like it 😊 Thanx!
xerex:
Great execution maybe a little short and lack of pathos
omoroca:
Yet another fantastic piano arrangement! Is there anywhere I can download the sheets? Added to my collection.
Melaure:
Very nice
apple:
Didn't sound anything special at the beginning, but it just got better and better as it moved on.
ifadeo:
Cool version!!!
luegisdorf:
Exceptionally gifted piano player 😊
Arne:
Another good piano interpretation. Nery good dynamic - I like it!
SarahKreuz:
Nearly perfect. But… It also crackles. With earphones it really gets annoying, if you try to dive intpo the music (and that is what I do if it`s such a brilliant Track like this one over here): /

Only good because the most important parts are missing. Potential for red though
